Patsy Palmer was confirmed to reprise her role as Bianca Jackson in EastEnders in November 2007. Bianca was a famous character who starred in the series from 1993 to 1999. She was resurrected in April 2008. Bianca was accompanied by four children, three of whom had not been seen before in the series. They included Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty), Bianca's fifteen-year-old partner's daughter; Liam Butcher (James Forde), Bianca and Ricky's son who previously appeared in the serial; Tiffany Dean (Maisie Smith), Bianca's five-year-old daughter named after her friend Tiffany Mitchell; and Morgan Jackson-King (Devon Higgs), Bianca's two-year-old son, who was "the most [spoiled] of [9]
While the latter attempted to convince her younger sister to remain, it was Keegan who made her reconsider after they spent the night together. Tiffany sent him a letter, including a signed copy of the divorce papers he had filed against her, providing him with an option. In her closing appearances, the kid was seen at the station, poised to go as Keegan read her letter aloud. She requested that he either sign the divorce papers or meet her at the station in order for them to spend the remainder of their years together.
